Pictures!

We will have a professional martial arts photographer, here on November 20 and 21 to take pictures of our students! Ken Chamitoff of Pro-Motion Pictures has been taking pictures of our students for  17 years and we are so excited to have him back! These pictures are fantastic and are a great way to track your martial arts journey, as well as making terrific mementos and great gifts! Digital packages will be ready in time for Christmas!!

Sign up sheets are available at the front counter, and packages can be ordered through the photographer on the day of your photo shoot. All students will be able to have their picture taken for the school banner at no charge, and packages are available at your discretion.

Please note the following important details:

• As our photographer is US based, pricing is in US dollars. As he did last year, Ken is offering our students 2 extra 5×7 prints at no extra charge when you order a package to help offset the exchange rate.
• Orders can be charged to a credit card, but the card will be charged within about a week of the photo shoot upon Ken’s return to his office.
• Cash is accepted at the exchange rate posted for the day pictures are taken.
• If you can only use debit, the Canadian equivalent will be calculated at the day’s posted exchange rate, and you can pay ATA Martial Arts who will then pay Pro-Motion Pictures.
• If you order prints, they will be delivered to ATA Martial Arts and we will distribute them in class. If you order digital copies, they will be delivered to the email address you provide on your order form.
• As the school will be operating as a photo studio for these two evenings, there will be no regular classes.
