Most people know something about the benefits of a yoga practice, but many people are intimidated by what they think a class will be like. If you are a beginner, or if you have ever felt like you aren’t flexible enough, young enough, fit enough, or coordinated enough for yoga, then this class is for you! Come and find out that you can do more than you thought, and enjoy the support of a great community and an instructor who believes that yoga is for every body.

In this class, the environment is relaxed, we encourage each other as we go, and modifications can be made for injuries and physical limitations.

Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on healing the body and improving your flexibility.  Yoga also helps with mental focus, awareness, and of course serenity.  Taking care of yourself is one of the keys of the martial arts, and yoga is a fantastic way to energize and restore your mind and body.

Nicola Ford is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), and a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Nicola has practiced for many years and uses her knowledge of martial arts, yoga, dance, and xfit to bring a fantastic training experience.  With over 20 years teaching on the mats, Nicola can help you discover how amazing you are!

Classes are in the daytime for the convenience our adult students.  Check our schedule and come try a free class on us!  New members are welcome.  Each class can be tailored to fit your individual needs and strengths.  Come take a first step to self improvement!
